Build a coherent presentation route
Begin with the project setting, move through the agreed outdoor areas and explore representative interiors. Match the route to the questions buyers ask about layout, access and shared facilities. The visual content follows the approved design version.
Plan around the workstation and the people using it
MTWIN supports desktop applications, web access, streaming and VR. Sales galleries, remote buyers and investment teams can explore the same approved project through the delivery format selected for their use case.
The project proposal defines supported devices and VR hardware, visual quality, controls, hosting, concurrent access, operating responsibilities and acceptance checks. Browser delivery and streaming are available capabilities; the chosen configuration and commercial scope are agreed for the project.
- Agreed model coverage and navigation
- Representative spaces for the intended audience
- Computer and display requirements
- Review milestones and operator guidance
Keep the commercial hand-off explicit
MTWIN includes live inventory and CRM integration capabilities. Connected unit availability and sales information can support the journey from project exploration to a qualified enquiry and a sales-team follow-up.
The integration scope identifies the CRM and inventory source, unit identifiers, data fields, access permissions, update rules and responsibility for data quality. Displayed prices and availability depend on the connected source and agreed update behaviour.
MPANDO HUB is a separate product of MPANDO GLOBAL Inc. The CRM and live-inventory capabilities of MTWIN should not be confused with the commercial availability of the standalone MPANDO HUB platform in a particular market.
Prepare for review, handover and updates
Agree who approves materials, how design changes are supplied and which computer is used for acceptance. Document update responsibilities, support and warranty conditions in the project offer and contract.
