This notice applies to MPANDO Global and MTWIN website enquiries, Meta lead forms and business conversations on Instagram and Facebook.

1. Controller and contact
MPANDO Global is responsible for the personal data collected through its websites, project enquiry forms, Meta lead forms and business messaging channels. Privacy requests can be sent to info@mpandoglobal.com.
2. Data we may collect
We may collect your name, business contact details, company, role, country or market, project type, approximate project size, requested timeline, message content, communication preferences, campaign or referral information and limited technical/security records. We collect only the fields shown to you and information you choose to provide.
3. Sources and purposes
Data may come directly from you, from a form you submit on a MPANDO website, from a Meta lead form, or from a conversation you start on Instagram, Facebook or another approved business channel. We use it to respond to your request, understand and qualify project requirements, prepare a meeting or proposal, manage the sales relationship, protect our services, measure campaign effectiveness where permitted, and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Depending on your location and the interaction, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in answering and managing genuine business enquiries, or compliance with a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Meta lead forms and messaging
When you submit a Meta lead form or contact us through Instagram or Facebook, Meta also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. MPANDO receives the fields and messages you submit for the purposes described here. We do not purchase sensitive personal data or ask for payment-card, identity-document, health or other special-category data through social media messages.
6. Service providers and international transfers
Access is limited to authorised MPANDO personnel and providers needed for hosting, email, CRM, security, analytics and communications. This can include Meta and infrastructure providers operating in other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by applicable contractual or legal safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
Business-enquiry records are generally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required for an active contract, dispute, security incident or legal obligation. Records that are no longer required are deleted or anonymised.
8. AI assistance and human review
MPANDO may use artificial intelligence to help draft replies, classify an enquiry, identify language or prepare a summary for an authorised team member. AI is not used to make a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Commercial commitments, prices, contracts, payments and sensitive actions require authorised human review.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to the competent data-protection authority. For Türkiye, requests may also be made under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Marketing choices and security
We send direct marketing only where permitted and honour opt-out requests. Reply with an opt-out request or email us to stop future marketing messages. We use proportionate technical and organisational controls, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. This B2B service and its forms are not intended for children.
