Geometry, materials, light, landscape, interiors and urban context require an agreed quality process. A twin also needs interaction, information architecture and an update model.
Respect the approved design source
CAD, BIM, 3D models, material schedules and design approvals are reviewed before conversion. Visual enhancement should not silently change design facts that matter to a buyer or stakeholder.

One visual foundation, multiple outputs
MTWIN supports desktop applications, web access, streaming and VR. Sales galleries, remote buyers and investment teams can explore the same approved project through the delivery format selected for their use case.
The project proposal defines supported devices and VR hardware, visual quality, controls, hosting, concurrent access, operating responsibilities and acceptance checks. Browser delivery and streaming are available capabilities; the chosen configuration and commercial scope are agreed for the project.
