Silme veya bağlantıyı kaldırma

Meta/Facebook işletme ayarlarınızdan MPANDO uygulamasının erişimini kaldırabilirsiniz.
MPANDO tarafındaki verilerin silinmesi için info@mpandoglobal.com adresine “Meta Data Deletion” konulu e-posta gönderin.
E-postada yalnızca doğrulama için Facebook Sayfası veya Instagram kullanıcı adınızı ve erişebileceğiniz iletişim adresini belirtin. Parola, erişim belirteci veya başka bir gizli bilgi göndermeyin.
Talebiniz doğrulandıktan sonra ilgili erişim belirteçleri, hesap bağlantıları, önbelleğe alınmış sosyal içerikler ve entegrasyon kayıtları silinir veya anonimleştirilir. Hukuken saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar yalnızca gerekli süre boyunca korunur.

You can remove the MPANDO app’s access from your Meta/Facebook business settings.
To request deletion of data held by MPANDO, email info@mpandoglobal.com with the subject “Meta Data Deletion”.
Include only the Facebook Page or Instagram username needed to verify the request and a contact address you control. Never send a password, access token or other secret.
After verification, related access tokens, account connections, cached social content and integration records will be deleted or anonymized. Records required by law may be retained only for the applicable period.
